Ingredients
75g Fresh Raspberries
25g Lemon Juice
150g Water
50g Rose water
100g Sugar
5g Special Ingredients Soya Lecithin Powder
Special Ingredients English Rose Flavour Drops
Steps
Step 1
Place all the ingredients together in a blender and blitz for a minute to combine
Step 2
Angle the head of a stick blender so that it is partially submerged in the liquid and blend to produce a light airy foam. When ready to serve spoon this light foam off the top of the liquid.
