Blend 200g of milk and Gelato Damare Ice Cream Pro Mix.
Put the mix in a small saucepan on the stove and bring it gently up to a temperature of 80 ° C stirring continuously throughout with a whisk.
Add 5 drops Special Ingredients Bourben Vanilla Extract and continue to simmer for 5 minutes.
Remove the mixture from the Heat.
Add the remaining 374g of milk and 210g of fresh cream to the mix.
Blend everything together for 2 minutes.
Put the mixture in a sealed container and refrigerate for 4-12 hours.
Put the Mix in the Ice Cream Maker.
Cut the Chocolate into pieces and melt it in the microwave.
When the ice cream is ready, add the melted chocolate to the mixture and turn it a few more seconds.
